sFLR is liquid-staked FLR from Sceptre — available now at sceptre.fi. Stake FLR and receive sFLR, which earns FLR staking rewards (~9% APY) automatically. stXRP is liquid-staked XRP from Firelight — launching Q3 2026 at firelight.finance. Both can be deposited into Cinder to earn additional EMBER mining rewards on top of staking yield.

The vaults keep running exactly as they do today — sFLR and stXRP still auto-compound every hour. The only thing that stops is the bonus EMBER on top of your yield. The protocol still earns a 10% performance fee on all yield, which flows to the treasury governed by EMBER holders. At meaningful TVL that's real recurring revenue — EMBER holders can vote to distribute it, fund new vaults, or reduce fees to attract more deposits. 4 years is a long time. If Cinder is still running at year 4, governance decides what comes next.

sFLR vault: ~12% net APY (live from chain) (Sceptre sFLR staking minus 10% performance fee). stXRP vault: ~~10.8% net APY (Firelight stXRP staking minus 10% performance fee). Both rates fluctuate based on Flare network staking rewards. On top of vault yield, staking your cFLR or cXRP shares in CinderMining earns additional EMBER rewards.

cFLR and cXRP are ERC-20 share tokens representing your ownership of each vault. As yield accumulates, each share becomes worth more of the underlying asset. You can transfer them freely, stake them in CinderMining to earn EMBER, or burn them to withdraw your underlying asset at any time.

Both sFLR and stXRP rebase — their balance increases automatically as staking rewards accumulate. The harvest function detects this and sends 10% of new yield to the protocol treasury. The remaining 90% stays in the vault, compounding for all depositors. Harvest is called automatically by Gelato Network roughly every hour when pending yield exceeds 0.5 tokens.

No. You can withdraw at any time by burning your cFLR or cXRP shares. The only cost is a 0.1% withdrawal fee. There are no lock-ups, time-based restrictions, or withdrawal queues.

Smart contract risk — bugs could result in loss of funds (audit pending, $50K TVL cap in place). Protocol dependency risk — sFLR vault depends on Sceptre, stXRP vault depends on Firelight.
